Witches it is work out time, and we are starting slow. We are going to do some basic practice grounding and feeling our senses while we practice moving our bodies. It does time practice, but you can workout your mind and your body at the same time! It's the best way to multi task and not get bored while feeling supremely proud of yourself. For this first grounding and slow movement workout, please be on an elliptical or stair master where you can hold on, choose a safe place with no traffic to walk (and inform a loved one you are leaving,) or do a series of sets of 13 of squats, pushups, and crunches. This exercise can serve as a introduction to moving your body, as a warm up, or as a warm down from from strenuous exercise.
